Bick has been involved in the Montreal scene since the age of seventeen. In 2008, he co-founded Passovah Productions, a promotion company that focuses on helping local bands on the way up. Bick’s main focus is now Passovah Summer Festival, an all local music showcase which takes place every August.

Promoter Craig Laskey has been a fixture in the Toronto music community for 20 years, since his start booking the Horseshoe Tavern with business partner Jeff Cohen. Their company Collective Concerts grew from these roots, and now promotes hundreds of shows a year every year at venues which include the Horseshoe, Lee's Palace, Danforth Music Hall and Phoenix Concert Theatre. Laskey is also a partner in TURF (Toronto Urban Roots Fest), which will be held September 14-19, 2016.

Outside's roster includes The Sadies, Jill Barber, The Besnard Lakes, Aidan Knight and more. Prior to joining Outside, Evan was the head of A&R for V2 Records Canada working closely with groundbreaking artists such as the White Stripes, Grandaddy, Mercury Rev, and Elbow.

Gourmet Délice is the co-owner and co-founder of Bonsound, a Montreal-based, management, booking and record company which represents artists such as Malajube, Champion, Radio Radio, Groenland, Lisa LeBlanc, Dead Obies, Philippe B, Monogrenade, Safia Nolin… Bonsound also runs Bonsound Promo and Bonsound Concerts.

Tim Potocic is co-owner and president of 21-year old Sonic Unyon Records in Hamilton, including in-house labels Sonic Unyon records, Sonic Unyon Metal and Goodfellow Records. Potocic has sat on the boards of CIRPA and CARAS and has enjoyed a Canadian Music Industry Award for label of the year, a Hamilton Entrepreneur of the Year award, and having several of his artists acquire Juno nominations. Potocic currently sits on the boards of the CIMA “Canadian Independent Music Association”, Downtown Hamilton BIA, Hamilton Arts Council and the Cobalt Arts Service organization.

Duncan McKie has been the President of FACTOR, the Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Recordings since December of 2010. Prior to this assignment, he enjoyed a broad and distinguished career in culture, media and market research and regulatory affairs. Duncan was the President of the Canadian Independent Music Association (formerly CIRPA) from 2007 to 2010. In the past, he has served as the Chair of the Advisory Committee on Communications, Marketing and Programming for the National Capital Commission in Ottawa, and as the Co-Chair of the Industry Advisory Committee on Music at the Ontario Media Development Corporation.

POP is an annual 5 day bacchanalian music festival of everything art, fashion, film and music, especially music. 600 artists, 50 venues, 55 000 people, 200 outstanding volunteers and a whole lotta of love.
